MentallyLab was created with the goal of promoting better mental health in the workplace, a key factor for efficient and sustainable organizations focused on people’s wellbeing. With this in mind, we are launching MentallyPro, a new psychosocial assessment tool, as the first milestone of the project.
MentallyPro has been developed by the University of Barcelona, with the participation of more than 60 organizations over a two- year period including private companies, universities, leading occupational health and safety providers, specialized consultancies, public administrations, and trade unions.
Thanks to the involvement of these key stakeholders, we have developed a unique tool that introduces several innovations we are confident will be of great interest.
