The start of the new academic and professional term has brought Mentally a schedule filled with milestones and active participation in key forums and conferences.
We have taken our expertise and tools to various cities, all with the commitment to advancing toward more human and sustainable work environments. Here are the highlights:
BeON Conference: Presentation of the Psychosocial Barometer
Mentally was featured before more than 500 attendees at the BeON Conference. We were honored to be joined by the prestigious Joan Guàrdia, Rector of the University of Barcelona (pictured in the header of this post). The MentallyData Psychosocial Health Barometer was presented there, a vital tool for the rigorous measurement and management of well-being. The session highlighted the significant growth in the number of companies now using our tool for their evaluations.
SIRPS Symposium in Alcalá de Henares
Our CEO, Jorge Tubío Estrabón, moderated the roundtable: "From Knowledge to Action: Experiences and Best Practices." The panel included experts such as Alicia Chanca, Marian López Alonso, Bruno Pereira Gomes, and Lluc Estarellas Quetglas. The discussion covered compelling topics, including the mental well-being of digital content moderators.
5th Anniversary of the Entrepreneurial Attitude Movement: Well-being and Transformation
In September, we also participated in the 5th anniversary and relaunch of the Entrepreneurial Attitude Movement (Movimiento Actitud Emprendedora). This forum took place at Digitaliza Madrid and was organized by Jesús Hijas.
There, with Jorge Tubío at the helm, we were able to share our vision on the importance of mental well-being as a fundamental key to the entrepreneurial journey.
CAEB Seminar: Keys to Cultural Transformation
Our commitment to prevention and well-being moved to Palma de Mallorca, where our CEO presented at the "Keys to Cultural Transformation in Occupational Health and Safety" seminar, organized by CAEB. This gathering emphasized the need for organizations to shift their focus and integrate psychosocial health directly into corporate culture.
Additionally, this October saw a new edition of our Mentally Senior Professional Certification. More than 50 professionals were trained at the ESIC headquarters in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid. To date, over 200 professionals have been certified for the professional and autonomous use of the Mentallypro tool.
