With this in mind, we are launching\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mentallylab.com\/en\/mentallypro\/\" title=\"\">MentallyPro<\/a><\/strong>, a new\u00a0<strong>psychosocial assessment tool,<\/strong>\u00a0as the first milestone of the project.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MentallyPro has been developed by the University of Barcelona, with the participation of&nbsp;<strong>more than 60 organizations<\/strong>&nbsp;over a two- year period including private companies, universities, leading occupational health and safety providers, specialized consultancies, public administrations, and trade unions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to the involvement of these key stakeholders, we have developed a unique tool that&nbsp;<strong>introduces several innovations<\/strong>&nbsp;we are confident will be of great interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>Training objectives<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&nbsp;\ud83d\udd0e&nbsp;<strong>Identify<\/strong>&nbsp;key psychosocial risks in the workplace and the&nbsp;<strong>factors<\/strong>&nbsp;that generate them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83c\udfa8 Design and implement a&nbsp;<strong>basic diagnostic project<\/strong>, covering the main stages of assessment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udcaa Enable the&nbsp;<strong>effective use<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>full utilization<\/strong>&nbsp;of the Mentallypro assessment tool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83d\udca1 Understand the&nbsp;<strong>theoritical foundations<\/strong>&nbsp;of the tool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u23f1\ufe0fLearn about timing and administration of the&nbsp;<strong>Saas platform<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2705&nbsp;<strong>Understand the validity requirements an assessment tool must meet according to the Labour Inspectorate (ITSS)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><u>When, where, and format<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\ud83d\udcc5 20 September&nbsp;<strong>Time<\/strong>: 09:30 \u2013 13:30<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;\ud83d\udccd \u00a0In-person training at&nbsp;<strong>ESIC<\/strong>.
