Every year on April 28, since 2003, World Day for Safety and Health at Work is observed. This year’s theme is: “Revolutionizing health and safety: the role of AI and digitalization at work.”.
This focus aligns with the current campaign led by EU-OSHA: “Safe and healthy work in the digital age”which aims to highlight the management of workers through tools such as artificial intelligence.
At the same time, it promotes research into the psychosocial factorsemphasizing the importance of addressing them in evolving work environments.
🌐 New scenarios mean new risks
Automation, emerging technologies, outsourcing, and labor mobility are not only transforming how we work, but also the risks we face..
As a result new challenges for the physical and mental health of employees continue to emerge.
This year’s global reflection focuses on how these transformations are impacting safety and health, and how we can, and must, respond with a preventive, and human-centered approach..
At Mentallylabwe want to contribute in our own way, because we believe that:
- There is no sustainable innovation without well-being.
- Psychosocial prevention is essential in the face of new work models.
- Organizations must adapt, but they must also protect, care for, and anticipate in order to retain talent.
That is why we work every day to support companies in assessing and managing psychosocial riskswith tools like MentallyProthat help interpret this new reality with rigor and agility.
Now more than ever…
Workplace health should not be seen as a challenge for the future, but as an urgent priority today to ensure a better tomorrow.
