This April 29th, in Palma, we participated alongside BeOn* and CAEB in the seminar "The Impact of Psychosocial Management." The event was attended by approximately 50 professionals and organizations, all deeply committed to the mental well-being of their employees. We explored the vital importance of using up-to-date measurement instruments for modern psychosocial health.

Despite technical difficulties caused by a total power outage across the Peninsula, which forced a change in the event's order and format, the day was a resounding success. Some speakers participated via videoconference, demonstrating a high level of commitment and flexibility.
